Chinese herbs have been used for healing longer than any other medical system still in use. They are powerful allies in helping to realign our bodies to their natural state. Herbal therapies are effective for both chronic and acute illness.

They are helpful in alleviating acute symptoms like the beginning of a cold or flu, stomachache from overeating, bacterial and viral infections, just to name a few.

Herbs come in a variety of forms. The most common internal forms are raw herbs that are cooked into teas and pre-made pills.

Linaments and salves with specific herbs are useful for acute cases of trauma and muscle pain and injury. These preparations can also help with acute skin conditions.

Essential oils are used for their therapeutic effects through their aromatic properties and are used based on the unique constitution of the patient.
