We all require food to provide us with the energy we need to live. What we consume on a daily basis makes a difference in how we feel throughout our day. A lot of people are in the dark about what to eat and I'm here to help you navigate the overwhelming amount of nutrition advice out there. I have been my own test subject and tried out many of the trending dietary styles and have come to the conclusion that nutrition is not one size fits all.
Acupuncture can help
Not only is what we eat vitally important, sometimes our bodies are not able to convert the food we consume into energy properly. This is where acupuncture comes in. Your digestive organs could need a boost to help you metabolize the nutrients you are consuming.
Your body knows best
One of the most important tools I can teach you is to learn to start listening to your body. Notice how you feel after you eat certain foods. Do you feel light and awake or bloated and lethargic? This is your body telling you what it needs. If we don't listen, over time this can lead to disease and excess weight.
